How do I join?
To join, click the Join Now button at the top of the loyalty page to get started. You will then be prompted to login to your Crunchi account or Create an Account.
Membership is free, there is no additional cost to earn or redeem points.
How do I earn points?
On the loyalty page you’ll find all of the exciting ways you can earn in our “Ways to Earn” section. Your points will be awarded to your account balance once your order is placed.
How do I redeem my points?
You may redeem your points as cash off rewards during checkout. Simply select your eligible reward and click “Apply”. Please note: rewards can only be redeemed on orders over $50, and cannot be applied to Advocate Enrollment, gift cards, shipping, or taxes.
For free product rewards, visit the loyalty page and add your desired product to your cart—it’s that simple! Please note: There is no purchase minimum, but you need enough points for the product and will be responsible for shipping and handling fees.
Is there a minimum order amount to qualify for earning points?
No! There is no minimum to qualify for earning points.
What is the maximum amount of points that I can earn?
There is no limit to how many points you can earn. The more you shop, the more you earn!
Do my points expire?
Loyalty points expire 6 months from the date earned.
Do I have to spend all of my points on one order?
No. Once you can choose your reward amount during checkout.
Can I earn points when I purchase a gift card?
No.
How do I view my points balance and the date it expires?
Log in to your Crunchi account and navigate to the loyalty page. Here you will be able to see your current points balance, opt to redeem points, or see your rewards history. The Rewards History tab will outline the date points were earned, the status, and when those points expire.
Will I receive a notification before my points expire?
Yes. You will receive an email alert both 30 and 15 days prior to your points expiring. Additionally, you will receive a text message 7 days prior to your points expiring. You can always log in to your client account at any time to view your balance and expiration on your loyalty page.
If I return an item I purchased with a Crunchi Reward, will I receive the points credited back to my account?
Yes, if you redeem points for a reward on that order, the points will be returned to your account if an item is returned.
Subsequently, any points earned on a purchase that is returned will be removed from your account.
Are there any limitations on returns for items purchased or redeemed with a Loyalty reward?
Any exclusive product redeemed with points via the loyalty page is not eligible for return.
All other full-priced items can be returned, even if a cash-off loyalty reward was applied to the order. These returns are subject to the terms and conditions outlined in our Return Policy
How do the loyalty tiers work?
Crunchi Loyalty features three tier levels: Activate, Thrive, and Glow. Tier 1: Activate is free to join by creating an account on crunchi.com. Membership advancement through the other tiers is based on your annual spend on crunchi.com.
Once you’ve spent $350 within 365 days, you will automatically be upgraded to Tier 2: Thrive. You’ll receive a notification email as well outlining your new additional benefits. Once you’ve spent $700 within 365 days, you will automatically be upgraded to Tier 3: Glow. You’ll receive a notification email as well outlining your new additional benefits.
What happens to my tier status after my 365 days?
In order to remain in the same tier, you must spend the required minimum within the subsequent annual period. If you do not qualify for the same tier status, you will be downgraded to the next tier.
Once you enter a tier, it is valid for 365 days. For example: if you meet a tier entry threshold on June 2nd, 2025, you will remain in that tier until June 1st, 2026. If you advance to a new tier within that timeframe, your rolling calendar date starts over from the date of tier entry.
Can I purchase points to add to my rewards balance?
No. Points can only be earned through qualifying purchases, participation in special promotions, and other designated activities as outlined in our program terms.
Is there a limit to how many product reviews I can earn points for?
There’s no limit—the more you review, the more points you earn. Keep an eye out for your order review email to get started.
What do “approved”, “pending”, “refunded” and “reversed” reward status mean?
Approved — These points are available and can be redeemed immediately
Pending — These points need to be verified before you can redeem them. This typically applies to points associated with leaving reviews.
Refunded — These points will not be added to your account. For example, this will happen if you cancel/return a purchase that earned you points.
Reversed — This applies to a reversed action if the qualifications are no longer valid. For example, this will happen if you cancel/return a purchase that earned you a new loyalty tier status.
I completed an activity. Why haven’t I earned points yet?
Sometimes it takes a few minutes for points to process on instant actions like following us on social media. A quick refresh of the loyalty page is a great first step. Other activities that require verification (including leaving a review) may take additional time to process.
How do I get points for a photo review?
You can submit photos with a review for 10 additional points per product review. All submitted photos are subject to review, any approved photos will qualify for the additional 10 points.
